With Lil Wayne and Drake’s "Believe me" rising on R&B/Hip Hop Airplay chart, Drake scores his 14th #1. This allows Drake to surpass Usher for the most #1s in the chart’s 22-year history, according to Billboard.
"Believe Me" also helps Wayne reach new heights. The song acts as his 10th #1 and helps him become only the third act to reach double-digit #1s, of course following Usher and Drake.
