THE crystal ball predictions for Splendour in the Grass have proven uncannily accurate with Blur, Florence and the Machine and Mark Ronson confirmed as this year’s headliners.

Other artists who will perform at the North Byron Parklands include Tame Impala, Of Monsters and Men, Peking Duk, Ryan Adams, The Wombats, Flight Facilities, Death Cab for Cutie, Earl Sweatshirt and Johnny Marr.

Splendour has manages to secure one of the strongest line-ups of popular and alternative acts to hit an Australian festival stage as other events struggle.

After weeks of speculation, leaked line ups were confirmed this morning with 93 acts scheduled to perform across the three day event in July.

A raft of quality local acts have also secured a coveted performance slot lead by Boy and Bear, The Rubens, Xavier Rudd, Pond, Alison Wonderland, Thundamentals, San Cisco, Allday, The Church, Paul Mac and Megan Washington.

Other crowd-pleasing inclusions in the 2015 line-up are current chartslayer Jarryd James, who breakthrough single Do You remember? Is shaping up to be one of the biggest hits of the year and the return of The Grates after the birth of Patience Hodgson and John Patterson’s baby in January.

Blur will perform in Australia for the first time in 18 years.

Florence and the Machine are fresh off a performance at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival where lead singer Florence Welch broke her foot.

Despite the injury, she has confirmed she’ll perform in Byron.

They will be joined by The Wombats, Ryan Adams and Royal Blood, who are on their only Australian show.

While Boy & Bear, Earl Sweatshirt and Peking Duk will also make an appearance.

The music festival will run from July 24 to July 26 at North Byron Parklands

A three day event ticket will set you back $ 365 plus booking fees, with single tickets for the July 24 to 26 festival going for $ 155 plus fees.

Camping costs $ 120 and there’s one of those annoying transaction fees of 2.1 per cent per all orders.

Tickets are on sale from April 23 at 9am via moshtix.com.au or 1300 438 849.
