A RAPPER who performed as part of the Wu-Tang Clan is being treated after severing his penis and jumping from a second-storey apartment balcony in North Hollywood.
CNN is reporting that Andre Johnson, who performs under the name Christ Bearer, was taken to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Other rappers who perform with Johnson told TMZ the episode happened without warning, and they had not taken “any hard drugs that would cause him to do such a thing.”
Because of the height of the building it is not known whether Johnson was attempting suicide or if it was perhaps a psychotic episode.
Johnson performs with Northstar, a group affiliated with the Wu-Tang Clan.
