MADONNA has revealed the awkward onstage kiss she shared with Drake at this year’s Coachella Music Fesitval — and the ensuing social media fuss — may still be bothering her. Just a bit.

Participating in a filmed question and answer session for Romeo Saturday Night Online, the Ghost Town singer made repeated references to the incident.

Asked whether Drake was a good kisser — she described it as a “million dollar question” — she said: “I kissed a girl and I liked it.”

Later in the chat, when asked what advice she would give to her younger self, she said: “Don’t kiss Drake, no matter how many times he begs you.”

The 18-minute clip makes for entertaining viewing, if only to see Madonna eagerly sipping her way through two glasses of wine, and suffering a succession of paper cuts as she throws away the sheets containing her fans’ questions.

“I just got a paper cut on my eye,” she complains at one point, later adding: “The edges of these papers are really sharp.”

Although many of the questions revolved around her new album Rebel Heart and her upcoming tour, Madonna also revealed some interesting titbits about other periods during her career.

“I miss the old school way of making music,” she replied in answer to a fan’s question. “I miss bringing my cassette tape to a DJ in a nightclub, flirting with him, convincing him that I’m the shit and getting him to play my music in a nightclub.”

She also revealed that some of the earliest music videos she made remained her favourites.

Material Girl was so much fun to make … Like A Virgin, Open Your Heart with [director Jean-Baptiste] Mondino,” she said. “Justify My Love was fun. I got to kiss a lot of guys. And girls. It was fun.”

The pop queen revealed that she would be keen to work with Britney Spears again (“I’m a big fan”), but the person she most wanted to collaborate with was US President Barack Obama.

She also hinted that her Malawian-born son David Banda might one day follow her into the recording business, stating that she would be interested in producing for him, “’cause if doesn’t behave well I can ground him”.

Asked about the secret of her career longevity, she replied “rosé” — while taking another swig — and when asked about the biggest misconception people had about her, she simply replied: “People think I’m short, but I’m not”.
