Love life takes back seat for Havana

A COUPLE of hit singles and a string of compilation albums under her belt, Aussie success story Havana Brown is back in town for a brief stop-over and made a surprising admission yesterday.
In Sydney to promote her upcoming single Big Banana (more about that later), she admitted her love life has taken a back seat to her career though it didn’t cause any major problems. After all, guys never approach her.
"It’s weird. I often ask myself what that is because I spend a lot of time in bars and clubs," laughed the singer/DJ.
"I honestly cannot tell you the last time a guy hit on me.
"But it kind of works because I don’t need the distraction. Work is my priority right now."
Now based in Los Angeles, Brown recently put the finishing touches to the dubiously titled new single – inspired, she says, by the famed ’90s club classic Short Dick Man by 20 Fingers.
But why the title Big Banana?
"Because I say the words ‘Big Banana’ all through the chorus," she said. "That’s all I can tell you really."
