TAYLOR Swift’s teen fans may have been slightly out of touch with the star’s latest surprise celebrity guests to appear at her 1989 World Tour.

Each night of the tour, Taylor invites huge celebrity guests to join her on stage during her song Style. So far, the guest list has been a who’s who of teen idols, including Taylor’s well-known squad of good-looking mates.

Last night, it was probably the mums in the crowd who were most excited.

“Please welcome to the stage legendary singer songwriter Joan Baez and Academy Award winner Julia Roberts” introduced the 25-year-old star to the Santa Clara crowd.

While the Pretty Woman star may be one of the biggest actresses in Hollywood, Roberts demonstrated just how daunting it can be strutting the runway in front of 50,000 screaming fans. She somewhat awkwardly shimmied down the stage alongside 74-year-old folk singer Baez, smiling and pointing towards the crowd as Swift belted out the song.

Swift took to her Instagram reflecting on the memorable moment, capturing Roberts’ playful bended knee in front of Baez. “Tonight Joan Baez and Julia Roberts danced it out to ‘Style’. These two women are my heroes.” she captioned the snap.

Swift’s Santa Clara show was the epitomy of girl power, also suprising the crowd with a perfomance alongside Little Mix. Showing support to singer Perrie Edwards since her recent split from ex-one directioner Zayn Malik, the girl band were invited to perform their hit single Black Magic. “Little Mix smashed it in front of 50,000 screaming fans tonight! #1989tourSantaClara” praised Swift on Instagram.
