Iggy Azalea may have a sex tape coming out whether she likes it or not, says her ex.

IGGY Azalea’s former boyfriend and manager claims he has legal authority to sell their sex tape because she signed her rights away to him.
TMZ reports Hefe Wine has exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images” after signing an agreement in 2009 and he believes that includes the sex tape.
A seven figure offer has already been made for the tape.

According to the gossip site, Wine said all he has to do is “put a music bed under the sex tape” which would give him rights to sell it.
He also believes he has the right to create, host and maintain a website to market the video and she has no legal ability to block the sale or distribution of the tape.
Porn company Vivid Entertainment has reportedly offered seven figures for the tape.
