NOW there’s proof that Taylor Swift’s fans will buy anything she puts out after eight seconds of white noise stormed to the top of the iTunes chart.
Swift has been releasing songs from her new album 1989 one by one. The first two, Shake it Off and Out of the Woods were the top two songs on the US iTunes chart.
So Canadian fans didn’t think twice before Track 3 dropped on to iTunes and quickly purchased it.

The problem was that the release was an accident and all that Track 3 included was eight seconds of white noise.
The item was later removed from sale.
Swift has been teasing her fans on Instagram with lyrics from the forthcoming song.
Neither Swift or Apple has commented on whether this was a glitch or about publicity.
