Chart News: “Anaconda” holds Canadian streaming record

Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk” (Sony) continues to hold the top positions on the Digital Songs, Hot 100 Airplay, Streaming Songs and Billboard Canadian Hot 100 charts. The song posted over 2.5 million streams for the week ending February 1st. It is the second highest one week streaming total for any song since Nielsen Music began tracking streaming activity in Canada, only surpassed by Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda,” which picked up 2.67 million streams in August.
