Chart Listings: UWC: Iggy dethrones Pharrell on the singles chart

MediaTraffic: 19 weeks ruled Pharrell Williams’ ‘Happy’ the global hitlist and set almost an alltime record! Now it is shift change: for the first time ever the 24 year-old Australian rapper Iggy Azalea reigns the global tally with ‘Fancy’, a striking, sparing produced Electro-Hop tune.
But it was a very tight race this week, ‘Fancy’ tops with 248.000 points. Very, very close behind Pharrell Williams’ ‘Happy’ with 247.000 points, John Legend’s ‘All Of Me’ with 243.000 points, Sam Smith’s ‘Stay With Me’ with 240.000 points and Ariana Grande’s ‘Problem’ with 236.000 points.
On the global album chart there’s also a new number one, White Stripes mastermind and rock icon Jack White bows atop with his second solo effort ‘Lazaretto’.
