Chart Listings: Top Comprehensive Singles Chart

I also emailed Billboard today about creating a Top Comprehensive Singles Chart. Prior to the 2010 Chart Year, the Billboard 200 removed CDs/Digital Albums and reclassified them as Catalog Albums, after they fell below number 100 and had spent over 78 weeks/18 months/1 1/2 years on the BB 200. But they kept a separate Top Comprehensive Albums Chart that ranked older and newer titles together. In other words, I am proposing a Hot 100 with no recurrency rules.
