POP star Anastacia has been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time.
The singer, 44, overcame breast cancer in 2003, but has been forced to cancel her upcoming world tour after getting the difficult news.
She has been forced to cancel all performances, tours and travel until further notice, it was announced on her Facebook page.
“I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to ‘It’s A Man’s World Tour‘,” she wrote. “It just breaks my heart to disappoint them.”
The singer vowed to continue writing and working on her new album, and a Facebook statement said: “A born survivor, Anastacia has one goal and that is to make a full recovery with the support of her family, friends and everyone around her.”
The singer has previously spoken of her belief that the stress of being a high-profile pop star and a difficult relationship for her earlier cancer diagnosis.
She also endured a number of health woes, suffering from Crohn’s disease since her teenage years, and also the heart condition supraventricular tachycardia.
