PINK Floyd’s beloved inflatable pig has been pulled from the auction block — because the band want him back.
THE owners of the blow-up creature, which featured on the cover of the rock band’s 1977 album Animals, were planning to sell Algie as part of a massive clear out of their UK warehouse.
But the band mates have stepped in to stop the sale.

A spokesman for UK auction house Durrants told ABC News Radio: “Pink Floyd came back and said that they wanted to have him back and rehome him … I think after the huge amount of publicity that has been generated, the band thought that Algie should go back to them.”
The pig was created by Air Artists.
