Lorde shares before-and-after Photoshop pics

SEVENTEEN-year-old singer Lorde has Tweeted out an important message to her young fans today, sharing a couple of before-and-after pictures of herself.
“I find this curious — two photos from today, one edited so my skin is perfect and one real. remember flaws are OK ” the star tweeted, along with two photos of herself on stage. In the first, her complexion appears completely smooth and even, while in the other, a smattering of teenage spots are visible.

It’s unclear who edited the photo and how Lorde found them, but in posting them, the Royals hitmaker sends a clear message: the Photoshopping of supposed ‘flaws’ isn’t just limited to the world of fashion magazine shoots.
Even a snap of an artist performing live on stage, sent out to the world that very same day, can often be edited to smooth out any perceived imperfections.
