GIPPSLAND is set to become a strong player in the New Year’s Eve festival circuit.
The Beyond the Valley festival has secured a new location at Gippsland’s picturesque Lardner Park, 90 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.
The festival has secured British artist Jamie xx for the event, in a major coup for organisers.
The musician, part of the band The xx, will perform live, rather than a DJ set.
Australian dance duo Flight Facilities will also perform as well as German DJ Boys Noize, San Cisco, The Rubens, Tkay Maidza, Oscar Key Sung, RL Grime, The Kite String Tangle, Miami Horror, Touch Sensitive and more.

Beyond the Valley will run December 29, 30 and 31. Three day tickets are $ 360, two day tickets are $ 320. Camping is available from midday December 29 only with a three day ticket.
