I took the time to go through the top for every week of this decade so far and I compiled the information involving rappers and their top ten hits, starting with the chart update for January 9th, 2010 (the first full week of 2010).
I only include Billboard-recognized hits for each rapper. Billboard doesn’t credit groups to an artist’s total unless their name is a part of the group’s name which is why they don’t count Young Money hits for Lil’ Wayne, Drake, and Nicki Minaj or Bad Meets Evil hits for Eminem but they do count "Macklemore & Ryan Lewis" hits for Macklemore’s total and "Jessie J, Ariana Grande, & Nicki Minaj" hits for Nicki Minaj’s total.
MISS ME with the "___ isn’t a REAL rapper!" and "Hey!! ___ isn’t a hip-hop song!" because, listen, it is 2014 and bless you if you are still trying to resist the fact that the technique of rapping has superseded the genre of hip-hop.
I’ll be updating this thread weekly with any updates that need to be made.
(Last Update: September 17th, 2014)
Enjoy!

Common Collaborators
Rihanna boasts the most top ten hits with rappers (5): "Love the Way You Lie" with Eminem (#1), "What’s My Name" with Drake (#1), "The Monster" with Eminem (#1), "Take Care" with Drake (#7), and "Hard" with Young Jeezy (#8).
Rihanna ("Love the Way You Lie", "What’s My Name", and "The Monster") and Katy Perry ("California Girls", "E.T.", and "Dark Horse") are tied for the most #1 collaborations with a rapper.
Most Solo Hits As A Lead
"Most solo hits as a lead artist" means that there is no other artist featured on the track nor is there another artist who shares the lead credit, meaning hits from groups like "Macklemore & Ryan Lewis", "Jessie J, Ariana Grande, & Nicki Minaj", and "DJ Snake & Lil’ Jon" do not count.
3
Eminem ("Not Afraid", "Berzerk", and "Rap God")
Flo Rida ("Whistle", "Good Feeling", and "I Cry")
Nicki Minaj ("Super Bass", "Starships", and "Anaconda")
2
Drake ("Find Your Love" and "Started from the Bottom")
Psy ("Gangnam Style" and "Gentlemen")
WIz Khalifa ("Black and Yellow" and "No Sleep")
1
Lil’ Wayne ("How To Love")
Ludacris ("How Low")
Nelly ("Just A Dream")
Lupe Fiasco ("The Show Goes On")
Tyga ("Rack City")
Number of Hits From Rappers Per Year
Note: Some songs are counted twice due to them charting in more than one year. So, for example,
"What’s My Name" charted in the top ten for seven weeks in 2010 with a peak of #1 and seven weeks in 2011 with a peak of #4. SO, it is counted in the totals for both 2010 and 2011.

This section will probably end up being revised because I’m not sure if I like how I determined the length for each year. For those interested, I went by:
2010: January 9, 2010 – January 1, 2011
2011: January 8, 2011 – December 31, 2011
2012: January 7, 2012 – January 5, 2013
2013: January 12, 2013 – January 4, 2014
2014: January 11, 2014 – ???
Feel free to ask to see what a rapper’s top ten hits are and I’ll gladly post them. You’ll get the peak, weeks spent at peak, and weeks in the top ten. I’ll also post top ten runs for songs, if requested.
Also, please, if you post this on to another forum, link back to this thread. It isn’t because I want credit, but instead if you ever stop updating the thread on another site, people will know where to come for the most recent update. I have plans on doing compiling the top tens for the 00s as well as making a thread for the UK top tens too!
If you see any errors, please point them out. Thank you!!!
